Designed by Konstantin Grcic, Nocturne is a modular floor lamp that emits diffused, ambient light through a refined interplay of industrial aluminium and blown glass. A flat metal base supports a vertical extruded aluminium track, electrified at 48V on both sides, allowing light units to be freely positioned along the system. Extra-clear borosilicate glass diffusers in hemispherical form create a soft ceiling wash, while die-cast aluminium Light Engines are integrated within the junctions. Dual LED sources — COB and perimeter halo — ensure layered illumination, balanced between performance and atmosphere. A push-button dimming system allows precise control of light intensity. Conceived as a flexible architectural system, Nocturne transforms into a vertical luminous composition, adapting seamlessly to both domestic and spatial environments.
